Erica FaulknerI am proud to introduce myself as the Founder and CEO of Faulkner Financial.
With over 20 years of professional experience, including 16 years in the tax industry, I specialize in self-employed tax preparation and am committed to delivering accurate, compliant, and client-focused services.
In addition to servicing clients, I am passionate about educating others. Each year, I lead our Build a Boss Tax Training Program, where I train and mentor individuals who are interested in becoming successful tax preparers.
I graduated at the top of my class in 2004 from Bookkeepers Unlimited Academy in Washington, DC. My journey began as an assistant in recruiting, distributing flyers and gaining hands-on experience. Through dedication, hard work, and consistency, I have grown into a successful business owner and mentor.
